Robtop needs to notice it. Never happened to me so far ;-;
It happened to me once. This is how it has been.
1. Your level must be rated at least ''Long'', be good and well decorated.
2. Get a certain amount of views and likes. Post in Facebook, here, try to make it popular.
3. RobTop decides.

There are some levels that are short that are rated stars.

Most of these are old. But you're right. I'd say 95% of featured levels are long ones.

At least long? Why won't medium work? Because I have an electroman adventures level, and it's medium, but it's been altered massively.

It doesn't need to be long, mediums or shorts are starred/featured too.
Does the song NEED to be usable? I have used Panda Eyes - Highscore in my level HyperScore. I hope this is not a problem. :P

Honestly the easiest way to get one of your Levels rated is to contact a Geometry Dash moderator who can send it to Robtop. Most of them are on the Geometry Dash Discord server, where you can DM them and some of them have made their own Discord servers where you can submit your level for them to play, and possibly send. Also a bunch of moderators do Level request streams on Twitch or YouTube where you can send a level request and watch them play your level, right on stream. If your level is good enough, they'll send it, but some moderators have different standards than others. Also you shouldn't constantly bug them about sending your level, because you should be considerate of them. Hopefully you found this helpful :)
